How do I receive a refund from BJJ Fanatics?
Refunds are requested through the Contact Us form. For digital videos, the return policy no longer applies once the video has been downloaded. If a digital video is refunded before it has been downloaded, access to watch it on the site ends once the refund is processed. After 30 days from the date of purchase, a refund can no longer be requested, whether the video was downloaded or not.
I bought a course and cannot find how to access it. What do I do?
Create an account on the BJJ Fanatics site using the same email address given at checkout, then confirm the account from the email that is sent. Once confirmed and logged in, scroll past the daily deals and use the sync purchases button near the search my videos bar to refresh the library. BJJ Fanatics advises logging into the account before placing any order.
I created an account but the course is not in it. Why?
The order was most likely placed under a different email address, or the address was mistyped. PayPal Express Checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay overwrite the account email when the address held by those services differs from the one used to create the BJJ Fanatics account.
I bought a course under the wrong email address. How is that fixed?
To start watching immediately, place a new order under the correct email address, checking the checkout page before paying. Then email info@bjjfanatics.com with the incorrect email address that was used and the order number if available, and the team will refund the order placed under the wrong address.
How long does a refund take to appear on the card?
Once the team confirms the refund by email, it may take up to 10 business days to appear. Keep the refund confirmation email. If more than 10 business days have passed, contact the card issuer or bank, since some cards only show the credit on the next statement. A refund confirmation email means the refund was issued.
How do I download a course?
Tap the video to bring up the player icons, then click the downward arrow icon on the video player. The file lands in the device’s downloads folder.
I signed up through Shop and cannot reset my password. What do I do?
Shop does not require a password to sign in. Email info@bjjfanatics.com with the account email address and ask the team to send an email to set up a password.
I already bought a course. Can I add the flowchart afterwards?
Email info@bjjfanatics.com with the order number for the course already bought and ask to be sent an invoice for the flowchart alone, rather than re-ordering the course and flowchart together. If the order number is not to hand, give the account email address and the full name of the course, meaning both the title and the instructor.
Bundles do not include flowcharts. How do I get them?
Place the order for the bundle, note the order number, then email info@bjjfanatics.com with that order number and ask for an invoice for the flowcharts of the courses that offer them. Not all courses have flowcharts.
How do I buy a digital download as a gift?
There are two ways. Buy a digital gift card and enter the recipient’s email address at checkout while putting your own details in the billing section, or enter your own email, save the gift card email and forward it later. Alternatively, purchase the videos directly to the recipient’s email address with your information in the billing section; the videos appear in their account once payment goes through. If the recipient has no account yet, they will need to create one with that email address to access the videos.
How do I get more help?
Use the Contact Us form on the BJJ Fanatics storefront, or email info@bjjfanatics.com.
