Constantly Attacking the Takedown
Deron Winn offers his approach and techiques for single and double leg takedowns. He also goes deep into re-shots and how to shot down countershots in between. The defense is about getting off your opponent or bring him tobthe mat. All attacks are chained together depending on given reactions. He Always works with angles. Really well done!
