The Gracie Hunter / Japanese Gracie
Sakuraba is know as the Gracie hunter for defeating the Gracie in Pride mma. Renzo called him The Japanese Gracie. In this tutorial you will learn the Kimura which was the weapon Sakurba used to triumph over some of the Gracies, he even broke Renzo's arm with the Kimura.

Don't misunderstand me, this is a great instructional but Sakuraba also has one out called "Kimura hunting" that I found to be orders of magnitude more helpful.
not what i expected
this is akin to listening to instructors talk after a seminar and learning a ton.

I love this one. I love the catch wrestling techniques. I love Sakuraba. I love the unique approach to grappling. Craig Jones and Bernardo add a lot by asking questions. And not for nothing, this is easily the most entertaining instructional I've watched. The fun they're having making it keeps you engaged. I have longer instructionals with more content and direction of technique, but this is my favorite one and exceptional for the price.

Very interesting watch, very different to a standard instructional but quite cool to watch Bernardo, Sakuraba and Craig interact and pick each other's brains. Worth a watch for sure

A lot of options from a different perspective. I havent had the oportunity to try any yet but look forward to what it gives me on the mat.

I bought this more out of curiosity than need. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with this guy. He seems to have been ahead of his time; almost like his stuff from the 2000's is what the no-gi specialists today do. The video is a bit slow to watch because he needs a translator. Craig Jones on the matts with him is cool...Craig seems like he's really working to understand the depth.

A great look at the techniques Sakuraba leveraged to defeat many different opponents throughout the years. Also, a great read for the BJJ practitioner who wants a little something different to use against their daily training partners. Great techniques and highly recommended.

Interesting Instructional
Most people in the grappling world would know of the legend, Sakuraba, by his victories over many top-level grapplers back in the day. Despite the obvious language differences, this instructional showed a number of different ways Sakuraba views, sets up and accomplishes his techniques. Also having world-class grapplers in Bernardo and Craig compare what would be normal jiu jitsu responses or techniques is helpful to the learner. I personally learnt a number of awesome techniques and game philosophies that will improve my game. I believe I just bought a steal from BJJ fanatics.
The fun legend
This is a good fun instructional with an absolute legend. The way sakuraba teaches and sees jiu jitsu is definitely something else.
