Elite level details – game changer
Very high level instruction. The details are extremely clear and structured, exactly what you expect from John Danaher. The concepts helped me understand escapes much deeper, not just memorize moves. After watching, I already started applying the techniques in training and seeing improvements. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about BJJ.

Arm Lock Defense
D. B. shows well chosen armlock and shoulderlock escapes. He also shows when and how to force dufferent submissions when it is easier to escape. And particular counter attacks. Highly recommend!
