Love this program
Great stuff
Awesome I loved it
Great yoga routines despite lineage/founder controversy
High-quality production, easy to follow and implement as an addition to your mobility and breathwork program. Still, I'd recommend to take the spiritual explanations with a grain of salt (just read the article on it by Philip Deslippe or watch some of the recent documentaries on Kundalini Yoga).
Very Good
Very good info for breathing enhancement and even conditioning here. I was happy to get this on the Daily Deal, definitely worth the price of purchase.

Aide to Breathing and Calmness
Gian is a calm guide in meditation and breathing techniques. A+
Great!
Some real nice gems here and something different. I have found some benefits from implementing some of the techniques shown. I find the yoga works well, especially on recovery days or when unable to train hard at any time.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:I like it.
A great addition to my jujitsu training regimen. I’ve only been doing it for a couple of weeks so I can already feel the difference..
Breath in
I was searching for breathing techniques after having read Ricksons new book. I really like Gian's techniques and my breathing got a lot better. Breathing is really one of the most important aspects of the game .
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Worth the price for the breath of fire section alone
This is a great introduction to Kundalini that rewards steady engagement. There are some real gems in here, particularly the breath of fire section. If you want to do it correctly, buy this.

Just started watching, I like it, does anyone know the schedule for this? Like which volumes you should do on which days?
Great
A good instructional on yoga where you get all the parts, not just the stretching movements.

I saw this one I think around 6 months ago on the BJJfanatics page, and I knew I had to get it, I got a feeling, you know? I finally bought it a couple of weeks ago, and let me tell you, it's a hidden gem. That's it. That's what it is. It's a treasure. Totally recomend it

Me and Ryan go back to teaching at AOJ together, and I was lucky enough to share this thing called Kundalini Yoga with him. He has a really good practice and this course is a blessing in disguise. Experience what this is about, seek and dive deep into your truth.
