This instructional is a solid intro to the modern jiujitsu guard game. Im not saying its for beginner's, but the concepts are simplified which makes them easy to digest

I recently bought a instructional by Lucas Kanard and it’s been a great experience studying the instructional (which I would recommend to others wanting to learn guard) but also the Bjj fanatics app which has been amazing to use. I’d highly recommend.
Outside leg positioning.
If you play outside leg positioning like DLR and K guard this instructional will help your leg attacks, along with some retention tips. I like that Lucas admits he's not the best with breaking mechanics and so he prioritizes connection. I'd be interested if he ever came out with that bolo & crab ride instructional.

Lucas has a great guard game and he explains the details and principle ideas behind his approach. Outside to inside position, attack upper body to get to lowr body and vice versa.
