• This is a great instructional, mkay.

  I've recently realized that I am very, very bad at attacking DLR. It's basically an instant win for my opponent if they lock it in. Not even an eventual win. An instant one. I had all the wrong reads, did all the wrong things, and basically swept myself. After watching this video, I've been able to both play and attack DLR much better. It's fixed one of my biggest issues that I've needed to work on.

  This is an excellent, focused explanation of the de la riva. It is practical and covers many of the frequent situations you will encounter. Many of the mini-lessons have made me more much defensive at the gym. I especially like the fact that the deep de la riva is addressed.
