You have a coral belt teaching you how to relax and develop sensors to avoid your training partner to mount you. You will develop fast. Very simple approaches to Jiu Jitsu in whcih we don't use. We over complicate things and go for the new shiny move. You can be old and unathletic as he uses his legs well to show you how to flow like water my friend.
All of Pedro Sauer’s instructionals are BJJ gold and this is no exception. Definitely will add dimensions to your game if you want to avoid getting mounted or know how to defend and escape such situations.
Amazing technique! Master Pedro Saueer does not always let me down! I can not wait next his instruction!
You will find some very unique techniques here that you know have been pressure tested for decades. The high mount escapes are particularly useful and rare. Highly recommend.
Good Content, clearly presented, but a lot of content overlaps with his side control title. Some techniques seemed advanced early in the series, although he did explain them well. Limited in a lot of applications.
Simple, with a lot of detail. Perfect
Learning from a man whose witnessed the development of bjj from an unknown martial art to the worldwide phenomenon it is today is always a boost to your game. He's experienced all the things that didn't work and knows all the ones that do, and the details that matter most. It's a privilege to gain such a jump-start by skipping to the best of the best techniques and avoiding the rest. Just 25 years ago you'd have to travel to Brazil for instruction like this. Thanks BJJ Fanatics and Pedro Sauer.
Awesome instructional. Made me better.
I really like Professor Sauer content. The small details only gained after years of experience are the value of these videos. Prof. Sauer's knowledge will add experience to any practitioner. Thank you Pedro
Master Pedro Sauer's sense of detail is amazing , I have been learning a lot from his instructional, very well articulated , I highly recommend it .
As always, master Pedro's instructionals have no mistake 👏👍 Highly technical, about concept, details and mindset, to make your escapes and survival almost 100% rate.
Just because Professor Sauer is not in his twenties does not mean this material is outdated or he could not use it effectively on some twenty-year-old player. That is the beauty of this material, it is like gravity, a constant that is not going away. Nothing against the specific sports styles or Champion Coaches, Champions they provide very specific material that the top 2% can use or at a level to learn. 100% of all players can use and learn Professor Sauer material.
Excellent content as always from one of the best to ever do it.
Lots of well thought out, technical details. The content has already helped me in several live rolls. Your mileage may vary, I'm relatively new.
So simple and easy
Master Sauer goes over great techniques and concepts to avoid being mounted and what to do if you are. He breaks down side control and knee on belly as well. Great instructional.
This is so good.
Simple and effective instruction from a master of the art! Pedro clearly demonstrates the details that make these defenses and escapes work at a high level. Highly recommended.
Professor always amazes! Great instructional with details and techniques I've yet to see.
Escaping or avoiding mounts are very important. It's fundamental. And, professor Pedro does a good job covering it. I highly recommend it.
It's Pedro Sauer. That says it all. Precise details, BJJ advice, and unsurpassed instruction is what Pedro offers. Excellent video!
Anything master sauer does is awesome simple to follow and great invisible jui jitsu
Excellent!!
Super interesting technics useful that serve as a « plus » to the standard ones taught for avoiding or escaping from mount. But it requires practice in order to feel when it should be applied.
Great material. Gave me understanding on the concepts of avoiding mount
