  I picked up the instructional because I am older and like to play half guard, and wanted an alternative to the knee lever when I screw up and get smashed underneath. The half butterfly is another option for those situations, and I found this instructional to be well organized and a comprehensive resource on the topic. I also thought Mr. Benzrihem is an excellent, well-spoken young instructor and I hope he puts out more instructionals in the future. Highly recommend for those wanting to learn about half butterfly position
