Easy to understand and put to use!
Great, great learning on-line site. Great professors and fighters departing their skills. So very kind of them to offer feee videos during a very trying time. We need more people like them in this world! Thank you!!!
Amazing techniques with excellent breakdown and analysis!👏👏👏👏
Providing the information shown on this series for free is nothing short of legendary. He will be remembered for how he helped the community during this trying time for years to come. He provides excellent explanation on how to apply pressure correctly and the angles used. Highly recommended for someone who has difficulty passing guard due to not having the proper technique, this will set you on the right path to being a passing machine!
Another wonderful addition to Frias library of superb instructionals. Simple, straightforward instruction, as always. Thank you!
A truly awesome review of pressure passing from one of the best to do it. Incredible detail that makes complete sense with respect to the purpose and function of pressure passing.
Really love to see how Faria explain all the techniques. Very very good. Passing the guard was one my major problemas and this is helping me to become better. Great Work
It will be quite awhile before a better passing dvd is produced. Perfect in everyway from the way its set up to the way concepts are explained.
Well explained
I found this a great resource to help adapt my game for the younger, enthusiastic teammates. I’m spending far less time transitioning the pass which helps reserve my energy for other stages of the round. Lots of options and a great plan to help me continue to develop my game in the long run.
This video improved my game ... Thank you Professor!!
explains little details you get get explained in class that you could never understand just seeing demonstrations.
Bernado’s Style off passing guard is great. I’ve been using this technique and it’s super difficult to stop! Looking forward to checking out more of his instructionals!
Purchased this because I liked his Battle tested half-guard DVD so much. If you play over-under pass or want to start playing this is a must have. The only slight criticism I have is it is very specifically focused on Faria's version of the pass (not necessarily a bad thing) and while it goes into lots of different scenarios and how to deal with different behaviors of opponents it does not branch out and show alternative ways to pass. Bottom line though it is an incredible resource and has without doubt improved my game.
This is the encyclopedia of over under passing. So much info!
Excelente tutorial, Bernardo explica perfectamente las técnicas, muy buenos detalles.
This is a typical Faria video; clear, easy to understand, useable immediately. Great instruction that anyone can benefit from.
Battle Tested Pressure Passing is exactly what I had hoped for - a system for applying the over under pass against all manner of potential counters. I had two unknowns before buying: 1) Would I understand Bernardo Faria easily enough to benefit fully from his proven skill, and 2) should I get this dvd or his Encyclopedia of Pressure Passing. As to the first, his descriptions are clear and really well done. As to the second, it turns out this dvd is a follow up to the Encyclopedia dvd, however he purposefully includes the basics from the Encyclopedia so the viewer isn’t at much of a loss. The Encyclopedia dvd shows detail on how to perform the over-under...this dvd covers that briefly too but carries it forward to show how to deal with counters and various guards (i.e. “Battle Tested”).
I'm an older practicioner and live the way Bernardo teaches.
Shows many variations to the pass and covers the "what ifs" very well.
Fantastic instructional.
It great
Very informative
Poor audio quality. Could have been 3 dvds. Very good content.
