I used to have a hard time hitting the butterfly sweep on bigger opponents. This course taught me how to distribute their weight and throw them. I’d definitely recommend it.

I really liked César's approach, this instructional contains lots of useful insights both for beginners and advanced players. No fluff, no overexplaining - I wish more tutorials from other instructors were like this one.

I watched the instructional video of Professor Caesar Casamajo and it's eaay to understand I was able to try it during sparring and it worked!
Clear and well structured
This is a clear and well structured introduction to butterfly guard. He shows plenty of variations but, most importantly, breaks down the basic mechanics in detail.
Low cost gold
For the price you get really good concepts and strategies while playing bottom or top butterfly guard, i really recommend. I've been playing butterfly guard since i was blue belt and this instructional really helped me develop some new strategies.

Compact but still very detailed butterfly position instructional!
C. C. is showing butterfly sweeps, butterfly guard passing, a follow up to mount and two submissions from side control. First he teaches three basic butterfly sweeps and also shows how to combine them. Then he explains his butterfly guard passing concepts and shows his techniques for passing straight forward and passing based on countering sweeps. Well rounded by showing a technique how to mount after passing and explaining to submissions from side control. Highly recommend!
