• Recieved for free. The content is mostly great, each chapter has a different coache and submission teaching quality varies. Some minor errors and inconsistencies in the chapter naming and mismatch of practitioner to video. Overall though some very nice details on submissions.

• Tons of variety

  This instructional has a ton of cool details for a lot of different submissions. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style and this has inspired me to seek out instructionals from new teachers just based on how they talk about techniques in their short segment.
