he isn't doing a 72 move clinic, it's practice this sequence with these counter measures. And while I love clinics, I can teach my kids with this video. all things applicable immediately. And I love the attention he puts on just initiating contact. this was an excellent by. just needs an out to.

Overall, this instructional is great. The emphasis here is definitely on Bo's favorite techniques, so it's worth looking at the table of contents to see if he covers your favorite, but everyone can benefit from watching how he approaches some of wrestling's most classic takedowns, and his discussion on setups alone is worth the price. Would highly recommend for anyone with an interest in the standup game.
