  Amazing detail, really broke down the leg attacks! Can pick up multiple details within the first couple minutes that can improve your game, and it just continues to improve the more you watch. Tonon does a great job, I will be purchasing shoot to **** next, followed by exit the system!

• Inside Foot Pommel...The very best!

  Before getting this instructional I thought I would learn Imanari Rolls, inversions and all kind of set ups for attaking the legs...but man, what I never expected was discovering such a massive destruction arm as the Inside foot Pommel technique. What can I say? Garry is my idol now.
