Super basic and instructional which is exactly what I was looking for! Very high detail. Will have to watch a few times to get it all.
THE BEST GRIPPING FUNDAMENTAL COURSE SO FAR!
A practical simple techniques to counter the grips hold from every position, great videos qualitiy and angles. In fact this is the best Grip fighting instructional out of 7 in IBJJFanatics. Great job Professor Sharma, OSS!
