I’m not a fan of the social media side of Meregali but this dvd is just top notch! He is a very very good instructor and he filled in a lot of blanks for me. He’s more into principals of making a move work instead of just showing specific tecniques which is great! He talkes about stuff often missed by other instructors. Thanks Nicholas, this is pure gold!👍�

Tutorial is conceptual in nature. Meregali teaches the rationale behind all of his moves, and concludes each chapter with main points to remember. Meregali is a very good instructor, and I look forward to future tutorials.

Really thorough instruction with outstanding details. The information is presented thoughtfully with great attention to detail. Good explanation about the Why for each of the details and choices for the positions/grips/hooks/etc. For a beginner like me, this sort of instruction is invaluable because just learning the steps to the move doesn't give me the depth of understanding for how the move/position works and the why to choose this particular move or position over the others that might be available. On top of that, getting this depth of understanding helps me to build on that knowledge...to be able to plug the new stuff I'm learning into what I already know and also to be able to build new knowledge in the future. Finally, all of this stuff is battle tested....instruction from Meregali is something you can count on as effective at the very highest levels. And good grief, you can't beat the price. I have no idea how it makes sense for Meregali to produce this stuff and release it for free. That's for him to figure out I guess....lol. In the meantime, we all get to benefit from some top-class material for $0. Grab it, give it a watch, take some notes, throw a review down and (I'd imagine), look out for more instructionals from the GOAT in the future :)

Meregali explains in-depth the why of the move or sequence and bases it on body mechanics and physics. If you want to learn principles instead of procedures, this video is for you.
