Great intro to his game and where to start with gi on the skills that carry over a long career
The techniques are all super effective and well explained. I just wish there was more content speaking on troubleshooting
There is a lot of good information on here. These or more like overviews than actual systems so they give you some great anchor points to get too in your game as well as a few interesting techniques per section.
Basic stuff, and for free. I always enjoy learning
Any level would benefit from this!
good
Really well explained and full of concepts, not just a collection of positions. Nicholas explains in a way that you can really understand what is going on, not just replicate it. This is amazing to develop your game as you can apply the same concepts in many other situations.
Obviously Great details :)
It's a good course. Free, which is also important.
I was able to teach and implement the content in this course very well to my students and teammates thankyou Nicolas Meregali for the knowledge oss
A lot of great details!!!
dettagli spettacolari della Half Guard! bellissimo
Good stuff!
excelent instruction
free gold so good!
good
Great video for improving the gi game
introduction to meregalis gi system.
good content for beginners and more experienced players!
I was lucky to get this when it was free for a daily deal. Has great stuff, good for fundamentals
great overview of his game well explained
Straight to the point in showing few, but efficient techniques.
Great Introduction to the system
On of the goats in the gi teaches how his game works. Covers guard, passing, mount, etc. I like, but I did get this either free or dirt cheap as a promo offer. Haven't dived deep to determine value for money, but he has the credentials to teach gi and as a primarily no gi student this looks really helpful.
