  Like any scramble.....situations can change at any time....and Thomas Lisboa certainly understands that as he shows various situations for changing scenarios in butterfly guard. I remember how he was such a great competitor and multi time world champion. But now I see he is also an excellent teacher as well.

• Fantastic Instructional

  One of the best butterfly guard Instructionals I've seen. Highly recommended. Starts with basic grips and sweeping positions, goes into counters and some more advanced stuff. Lots of little details that makes playing buttterfly guard more effective.
