• Worth the Money

  The "Butterfly Guard Re- Discovered" has absolutely changed my game. Adam's teaching style is very clear and his techniques work. I've used his butterfly guard approach to sweep several high level guys and it also worked in my last competition. It's all I've been working on for the past few months and I absolutely love it. Definitely worth buying.

  Everything about this instructional was great. Took away a star though because Adam did not show one of his major butterfly sweeps where his opponent posts and he still is able to sweep to that side.
