Good for all levels, talks about the fundamentals but also has some really advanced details.

Edson demonstrates some of the dynamic and powerful striking techniques that make him such a dangerous fighter. Great variety of techniques and demonstrated in excellent detail.

A very good instructional with some nice details. Barboza's technical breakdown of the flying knee, back kick and switch kick is excellent. It'd have been nice if there had been a vew more details of the leg kick but his clinch technique makes up for that. If you look at Edson's fights you see him using the exact same techniques he teaches here but I didn't see them at first (probably because he's so fast). I'd defenitely recommend this instructional if you want to improve your kicks and knees.
