Excelente conteúdo pra quem é do MMA
Um curso muito útil para quem busca adaptar o Jiu-Jitsu ao MMA e deixar o jogo mais eficiente.
This was a really nice little cage work breakdown. picked up some nice techniques and principles that I can add into my game. A bit on the short side but low price point and a lot of good technique for the price. strong recommend
really good info
Great techniques and easy to understand explanations.
I was looking for something for MMA and while I didn´t know who Mick Hall was I saw it on discount and I can´t regret now. The instructional is not too long or too short and very well explained. My base is judo and haven´t done much wrestling so I was happy to see some ouchi gari and kosoto gake applications, also the double leg detail is pretty good as I have seen many guys failing, including me. The cheesegrater is pretty cool, didn´t even know the meaning of the word in english. Even if I have never fight in MMA I can only recomend this work. I´ll wait for more of this guy.
Beutiful and fresh tecniques
Really useful. More pure mma stuff would be great.
Absolutely worth while to improve your MMA game, and take it to that next level!
