  This pin-escape video has helped me so much in my jiu-jitsu journey. As an older grappler, getting stuck on the bottom can be frustrating and honestly pretty exhausting. What this video taught me simple frames, solid defense, and how to create space so I can actually breathe has been an absolute game changer. I wish I’d learned this stuff early on. It’s straightforward, it makes sense, and it immediately made me feel less overwhelmed when I get smashed on the bottom.
