• Mixtape style instructional

  This instructional was fun. It's not a "system" or for beginners but it's full with ideas and combinations for grappling. All of the instructors are knowledgable and you will learn som cool moves to tap people with. I wished everyone used an "uke" of their size or bigger because some of the moves look like they won't work against same weight partners.
