• Miko does it again

  Once again Miko has presented an informative and entertaining tutorial. As an older practitioner I need to utilise more chokes than locks and this tutorial provides a good quantity of those. If you're unfamiliar with Miko you are in for a treat as there's no one quite like him when it comes to presenting BJJ
