• Where all the other guards meet

  The classic open guard is where you have access to all the other guards. It’s a highly offensive guard as well, as Lucas shows here, enabling you to shoot for omoplatas and triangles, mainly. As a Kron Gracie fan, this was a great add to my game. Highly recommended for older grapplers.

• Gi Open Guard Guide for Success!

  Lucas does an awesome job of explaining the open guard concepts and attacks! He gives you excellent details on what to do to immediately improve your game! Every time I watch it I’m catching something new!! This instructional is my go to after a long lay off from Gi!
