Awesome instructional. Starts with movement, stance and fundamentals. Cage control etc... Top boxing. Full of principles and rules you should stick to in a match. I give it 6 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This video is a masterpiece in the art of striking concepts. I wanted to implement a advanced striking style similar to my idol Conor McGregor. Being an amateur boxer I really enjoy how the philosophies of Coach Roddy are explained. His techniques are simply broken down so that a beginner can understand the advanced ideology of pure striking. This training video will be a must have cornerstone for anyone wanting to learn! I will definitely be referring back to this video for a quick mental work out while not in the gym!
