Very Good
Very Good instructional. He Teaches about 4 simple take downs from different stances, which is very helpful and easy to do with not much flexibility needed, he also makes it realistic and tells you what to do in different situations from one position. Really helpful
Different approach to takedowns
My takedowns are basic, I use single legs, arm drags, or body locks. This dvd showed a different attack for takedowns. I’m still very much experimenting with the takedown system and having mixed results. I felt the instructional was organized and the information was detailed!!!

Wrapping Around and Bite!
This instructional gives solid answers for gi and no gi systems. Gross Motor Skills meet the proper amount of details to put to work quickly. Recommend!

I liked instructional videos a lot! Wolfgang has a great approach. He decompose every technique to small pieces and explains them in a casual manner. Gradually he adds details and explains important details. So it becomes easy easy to understand

Awesome Takedown System!
A great system of techniques. Wolfgang explains it in an way that I was able to apply a lot of it in the first try at class. A nice addition to my takedowns. The cool thing is, he explains 1 takedown in a lot of variations and goes deep into the follow ups on the ground.
