Superb information
This instructional on conditioning for grappling is a must for people who are struggling to keep up on the mats, especially when it comes to rolling time
Effective drills
instructor is speaking in Portuguese with English subtitles, camera quality isn't that great as its los res and someone holding a cam with occasional shaking. I'm giving it a 5 star review because the drills are excellent for any bjj practitioner or athlete in general.

Very detailed. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I had to read the subtitles and noticed that some words required a person to use context (i.e. "Scrolling"), but that was not a big issue for me.
