Competition Tested Gi Training by Tomer Alroy. Wow, great instructional, top 10 instructional. Top 5 for competition instructional. The drills are top notch for improving your speed, endurance , and quick thinking. Ever thing you need to have in tournaments. I love the lock down instructional part, it's great to have a free hand during attacking offense. The video is top notch, this will for sure improve your level , and I highly recommend this selection for your bjj toolbox.

Most valuable material. This you can only achieve by years of learning from others and experiencing by self. So first stage is learn from others, and here is a great source to have our hands (and mind) on it. Then the rest is up to us, meaning - if we wish to be excellent we should follow and practice.

The fact that you're a world champion doesn't always mean that your instructional is good or helpful. This instructional is great even though, to my knowledge, this guy is not a world champion. Every detail that make a difference is well explained. Great structure to the instruction AND TONS of positions and explanations. This instructional is going to keep me busy for a VERY long time. Sorry Mikey and the rest. Well Done.
