Great
One of the best.
Every instructional Paul Schreiner has made is excellent and really are must watches. This one continues that pattern, and teaches so many great details that will help you retain back control via the seatbelt system and on the submissions that follow. I learned a great amount on how to be thinking about back control from this instructional, and one thing that stood out in my mind was the closest you are to getting the back is when you are first losing it. By using the skills from this instructional you’ll have a better idea on how to retain back control and continue your attacks.
This instructional has been very beneficial in help me achieve and maintain the seatbelt position in both gi & nogi Paul's instruction is world class!
