• Effective escapes & counters

  Very good content. The methodes taught in this course worked for me immediately. Mr. Martinez teaches escapes against many high-percentage submissions and the most dominant positions that immediatley lead into effective counterattacks. With this approach an athlete can turn the tide in a match very quickly to his advantage.
