  As a wrestler and top player, this fits right into my game. Helps solve a lot of half guard and knee shield issues. Might just be my new favorite video. I also have Petrone’s cradle video. Lots of good technique on that one but I like this one better.

  Super sick. Tons of cool subs from the cradle, and you do not need a wrestling background in order to hit them. Melanson is a great coach/instructor, and is also very likable and funny. Highly recommend.

  The cradle is a very underutilized technique. In mma for example, it can be used to stop someone standing from turtle. Definitely a good instructional if that matters is of any interest to you
