A great instructional for those trying to create movement. A little short and disjointed but some techniques here I now use regularly
Useful input for movement and transitions
Some interesting ideas for scrambles and dynamic transitions. Nothing spectacular, but solid and practical. I especially found the concepts from half guard well explained and easy to follow. Overall presented in a calm and straightforward way, which I personally appreciate. If you're looking to explore movement and control from a slightly different angle, there's definitely something to take away here.
