• New School meets Old School Collar and Sleeve

  R. B. created an on point instructional on the cross collar and sleeve guard where he combines sleeve grips behind the triceps and sleeve grips at the wrist depending if it is more about to control your opponent's sleeve/upoer limb with your upper limb or maneuvering his sleeve/upper limb. Youvget retention, sweeps and submussions as well as guard transitions and counter atracks against guard passing. His teaching is on point by covering the main do's and dont's and why's. Recommend!!
