Awesome Instructional
This was an awesome instructional! I'm a 40 year old white belt that has been training now for 1 year. These fundamentals are crucial and have helped to fill in a few gaps of knowledge that I was lacking to be more effective from stand up. I'm a very athletic man at 5'11 180lbs stacked and I don't want to be pigeon holed into pulling guard. I want the takedown component of my jiu-jitsu repetoire to be a strength of mine since so many often seem intimidated by it. Especially at the masters level (40+). I would love if you guys made a Daisy Fresh White Belt 4 stripe curriculum specific to no-gi!!!!

Great for anyone who doesn't have any wrestling experience. Even though it's about 1.5 hrs. I think it's easy to digest and remember in training.

Alejandro is such an amazing teacher. He shares so much valuable details for wrestling. I'm a black belt but definitely a white belt in wrestling. I appreciate all he shared and help in making me feel more confident when standing at tournaments.

Heath has figured out the key to asking the perfect questions to whomever is teaching the move. It's almost like he's in my head asking the same questions I have. They teach, fix the problems in live mode. It's brilliant. Alejandro and Heath are brilliant together! The demonstration done by the 2 gentlemen was excellent as well.

Get this video today and get crackin' on it, whether you are a newby or experienced. So many good details. My jiu jitsu is judo based and for a long time I've been trying to incorporate more wrestling into it. This is the best start for you and/or your students.
Perfect for my son!
Bought this for my son (13). He has done Jiu-Jitsu for 5 years but never wrestled. After 1 watch through he's already getting takedown! He hasn't been this excited for some time. Great Instructions for first time wrestlers!

PSF has the best wrestling in BJJ
This DVD is one of the best Wrestling DVDs for BJJ. Dro explains every concept in a way that’s easy to understand and apply to the mat very quickly. I’ve wrestled for a decade and I still came away from this video learning a ton of new stuff. I recommend this DVD to anyone trying to level up their standing game.

Super easy to start using
In a world where most instructionals are painful to get through watching this was refreshing. Alejandro is direct, short, and sweet. These techniques are used by all the PSF guys with success and I’ve been able to see results in my training room pretty quick myself.

If you don’t come from a wrestling background this is a must watch, it helped me so much. Ive been able to hand fight better and attack/defend better when in standing positions ect, especially with wrestlers.
Awesome wrestling instructional for BJJ
Sometimes it's hard to find instruction being a female. A lot of the instruction just doesn't work for me. This however is perfect! It's the best I've ever seen!
Where has this been!?
Our gym and team doesn't have a strong wrestling network so we bring in really good wrestlers twice a week. I feel like I just did 10 years of class and figured out about 20 questions I've just never been able to understand. Will there be more of these like Heath is doing with the other curriculums?
Amazing content
This is sick. I met dro on the daisy fresh tour in the UK. He showed me this wrestling move from using an underhook with just one arm and it totally changed my game. I've just watched the first half of this and I'm mind blown , the details in this are amazing and it's just as good as when he taught me in person. Amazed
