  It’s a very nice succinct overview of many entries into d’Arce chokes. Get rid of the annoying chapter breaks between instruction and demonstration sections, and this instructional would be even better.

  Great Instructional. Short, sweet, and easily digestible, like a probiotic cookie. Lots of Darce options, from many different positions you get to regularly in training. If you have trained for a bit, you will likely be familiar with a few of these... but there are most likely several new options in here for you as well. A must for any Darce fan.
