Amazing Instructional from a Great Teacher
This is a great instructional on a useful niche in grappling. Master Stambowsky presents each move in a sport and self-defense setting which provides multiple exhibits of how jiu jitsu can be used un multiple settings. I recently had the opportunity to train with Master Stambowsky and I promise these techniques are effective (and hurt).

I love wrist locks and in this series there some great applications that can be done standing and on the ground, for sport or even self Defence and tactical adaptations. You can also see the connection between modern BJJ and Japanese JuJutsu both of which I practice and love

Great course on often neglected wrist lock techniques. By a legend and original Rolls student, one of the famous five. Marcio is a great teacher and great comunicator. Who explains the techniques very well even for a beginer like myself. Overall I am very happy with this course. Cool to see him teaching next to his daughter.

Wrist Locks, with Techniques that are almost exactly the same traditionally in old Ju Jutsu styles as this video shows standing. Coming from the Lineage of Rolls Gracie, Master Stambowsky keeps the OLD techniques alive in moder use. Oss!

I had heard great things about Master Stambowsky from countless individuals that I have trained with. This was an eye opening experience of not only some lethal attacks/control through an individual's wrist, but the powerful teaching style Master Stambowsky demonstrates throughout the process. I have been trying to implement several of these positions/attacks into my training and have received some interesting reactions (to say the least) from my training partners. Awesome work with this instructional!

Humble legend teaching you old school techniques that work in any BJJ scenario you might be interested in (competition, Gi, no-Gi, self-defense). Couldn't be better honestly. I had never seen a single one of these techniques ever demonstrated before.
