He breaks down important steps of a technique so well with simple and easy to get words and steps so that you can make it work immediately on a drilling basis. I struggled a lot with frames and hooks. This series is the perfect add on to my game when I have a texhnucal lack to apply the principles of pressure, release and creating angles. Highly recommend!
