Unique leg locks
Blunt, to the point, overall great instructional that I would recommend to anyone trying to learn leg locks from a different perspective.
Clear. Fun. Technical. Leglocks
Shy Ace is very clear with his expanations. He shows a lot of angels so that you get a good overview of the certain technique. He talks you through every move and details the mechanics verx well. And by thway his teaching style is very funny

This is a gem. Great breakdown of techniques, with humor mixed in to keep it entertaining. Shy shows the move several times for mental reps, and each time reminds you of the key details to secure the entry/submission. Hopefully this isn’t his last instructional, as he has a knack for teaching.

I like the approach shy has, where he shows the moves from all directions and thats it. Straight to the point. And i also like it where he has chosen not to cut a scene becouse it wasnt ”perfect”.

Great instructional full off leg lock set ups, transitions and counters. The information about the kipping escapes is worth the price alone. And Shy is a funny guy, give this DDS reject your money!

I really enjoyed his teaching style. To the point and a little funny sometimes too! lol. Very solid techniques for people who don't have to be athletic.

Probably one of the more comprehensive leg lock instructionals out there and I have a lot of instructionals ( I may have a "problem") Shy is definitely a character and keeps it fun through the whole experience.

Shy Ace was able to explain in detail the mechanics of executing a mount escape and foot locks. No fancy stuff, no crazy movements and entries. Simple, effective leg entanglement and leglocks. This is a must have for everyone who wants to learn to leglocks. I picked up a lot in this instructional too.

This video step by step will help the average person become a expert at defensive mechanics, especially specializing in ground techniques to hurt someone. Regardless your size these moves will put you in the position physically to feel confident enough to take whoever down. I tried it and done it. Its the real deal.

Shy Ace is a so-called “regular guy”, meaning not a full-time fighter or athlete, BUT he’s a John Danaher black belt who can tap out world champions. Here Shy teaches his best moves, moves he’s used to tap out world class black belts on competition mats and in the blue basement at Renzo’s. Glad to see Shy get some exposure…this dude knows how to break people.

Shy is an excellent instructor! his knowledge and experience are endless, and he uses it to work with his students in a way others don't. I have been training with him for close to a year and man, it changed my life, for real. Not only you learn the technique and moves, but he also teaches you to be smarter, have a strategy, think, anticipate, and hunt down your opponent. From just doing the technique, Shy makes you do it perfectly and expects you to tap people out with it. Until then, you are back to practice. I encourage anyone training in BJJ or MMA to buy Shy's content, and watch, again and again. Shy doesn't disappoint, he is one of the best in this and a great human being, which is rare nowadays.
