  Bas promotes open stance and body rotations for maximum power generation. Although he demonstrates the moves, I think it could be done differently to help the viewer follow along and practice better.

  Bas is simply one of the best striking instructors of all time. His attitude, his rich experience, and most of all his unique tactics and strategies, all of which are very matter-of-fact and VERY effective, are an honor and a privilege to be able to learn about in this instructional. I'm an owner of over 100 instructionals, and I've come back to this one 3 times and every time I'm just struck with how many incredible nuggets of information Bas drops. This would be one of my top recommendations on this site, if not the top one.

  Man, this was a great watch. Great fundamentals for striking. Very different from what I was taught but it makes sense and is logical. It all comes from applicable experience due to Bas actually fighting. So many “ah ha” moments in this instructional. Amazing and definitely worth the purchase. Godspeed and fight on!
