I really learned new ways to do common submissions that are really effective. Luis Heredia truly is a master of his craft and learned from the best as a Rickson Gracie blackbelt.
Very good old school Jiujitsu
Luis Heredia's material is a masterclass in oldschool jujitsu . Highly recomend both his instructionals.
great
Professor Henry will teach you how to never get choked again by taking you "back to the future" and teaching you how to defend not only the submission, but the steps taken BEFORE the choke is even in place. Henry doesn't demo against just 4 or five chokes, rather he shows defense of nearly every choke you will encounter in your BJJ journey. RNC? No problem. Bulldog? answered here! Head and Arm? No sweat! Many solutions for both gi and nogi situations! This title is more than worth the purchase in simple, straight forward defense, that doesnt require you to be athletic or even moderately skilled. Perfect for the beginner and advanced practitioner alike!
High level instruction with focus in small details.
