• Chris is a great teacher!

  Great instructional. I really liked the conceptual explanations Chris provided and he is an excellent instructor! I did find it lacking slightly on specifics at times. Particularly the handfighting section on the 1st section. Chris simply says if you want to learn handfighting go watch wrestling/judo handfighting. Also did this on the Octopus guard section. I understand there are specific dvd's just for octopus or standup handfighting but if this instructional is going to truly cover the bottom open guard game those things should have been at least a little more thorough. He did do a great job explaining more in depth on the choi bar/funk roll and how its used for retention, which was perfect. Just wanted to see that with the other portions i mentioned.
