  I really enjoyed this instructional. Very good introduction to leg locks and how they work. It’s quite basic as the sport has moved on a lot since this but if you are getting into leg locks and don’t know where to start this is a great place to begin.

  This instructional is very good, for leg entry's combined with combat base, and butterfly guard series. Also you can add the Kani basami to the inside sikaku from the Russian to your other take downs and throws.....It's not too expensive and still able to get value from the technical knowledge..
