Still Use These Takedowns as a Black Belt
This is a great instructional if you need some go-to takedowns. I watched this as a purple belt and have still used some of the takedowns to this day as a black belt. It is great if you already have a good wrestling foundation to build on, but it is also great if you have zero wrestling experience.

For the Novice
Fantastic for anyone wanting to incorporate a more wrestling style approach to their bjj game. For me, this was pivotal in being more confident from standing game and getting my opponent down with more technique and not relying on brute strength.
