Very sound, and amazing advice that Georgi gives. All the info that he provided I have never heard anyone say before. I definitely recommend this video to anybody that wants to improve their stand up game.
Effective Hand Fighting
G. I. gives you a cristal clear overview of the lines of defense and when and how to beat each one. Furthermore you get handfighting and footwork instructions to hit your takedowns. The takedowns are explained in the same manner with a bunch of details so that in fact you get hand fighting and takedown techniques. Highly recommend!!
