Youssif is an amazing athlete and knows his stuff. He’s patient and knows how to articulate well every move. Very easy to understand and would recommend to everyone. As someone who has been training for many years, I still find the things mentioned in his video very beneficial to continue taking me to the next level.

Youssif’s instructions are clear and to the point . As a mechanical learner, I need steps to be broken down to process information. Currently, I take adult boxing/kickboxing classes and the strategies provided by Youssif are transferable as he discusses the importance of footwork , head movement , and fighter’s stance . This video is beneficial for anyone who wants to cross train like myself.
