Wonderful Headlock Instructional!
Wide survey of front headlock techniques, full of practical advice- I feel like I can go into training tonight and implement Professor Cruz's front headlock sequences right away. Especially enjoyed the explanation of the underhook front headlock series, feel like that is a useful way to implement front headlock attacks in BJJ. Thank you BJJ Fanatics & Professor Cruz!
