Great instructional covering a number of choke variations. Jay has a relaxed teaching style, clear, concise and very detailed. Highly recommended to anyone looking for some extra spice sprinkling on their choke attacks

This instructional video is awesome. Specifically, the Baseball Loop Choke. It is one thing to learn a choke but Professor Pages shows you how to hit from multiple positions while also dealing with an opponent’s defense.

Really fun and helpful spin on a some classic Jokes. Jay is a thorough and detailed instructor, and this is one of my favourite choke series. Great videos, really helpful and super detailed! Get a hold of it!
