Lot's of options to be confident on the single X
Well shot instructional, lots of different angles and full of details that allow you to absorb the knowledge and apply it on the mat.
excelent confidence builder for the X guard
I tended to avoid the X guard, because I felt it week and I lacked the confidence to spend the time applying it in live sparring, but with the amount of details offered in this course allowed me to have the control to develop an efficient x guard system.
Into the Xguard
Great intro to the xguard awesome drills. This content is perfect to dip your toes into this guard. Video and sound quality are also great !

Excellent content, terrible video editing
The content is top notch, and filming setup, camera angle and location is excellent. But the editing is really really bad, on every cutscene the volume goes up by twenty times, it's like it was made on purpose to upset viewers. Despite this, I really enjoyed the moves shown, and the detail to which they were explained and demonstrated. I've started applying these in my game and I'm very happy with the results. Strongly recommend you watch this if you want to understand X! I hope BJJ fanatics fixes the editing makes sure this poor quality editing doesn't happen again, especially because this is the kind of content you want to watch multiple times, and I've considered asking someone else to re-edit and fix the cutscene audio issue.

Instruction is clear and concise covering drills, entries and submissions. Deeply informative this would make a great addition to anyone’s game. Battle tested stuff that works as well in competition as it does in the gym! Chris’s accolades, at the highest level of competition, attest to this.

Amazing course for any level
Chris is truly an expert in the X-guard, which is a big part of his game. He explains how to get to the X-guard from different positions and how to progress to better control and sweeps. What I like the most is that it suits different levels and skills. Anyone can find information on how to incorporate the X-guard into their game and become a lot more comfortable with it.
