Great instructional, a lot of details.
Even better than initially thought
I thought this was going to be just for when you are in quarter guard on the way to mount, but it's even better then that it is more when you are mid knee cut, and give you principle for thinking about jits in general and what your actions should be. I often find myself sitting in the knee cut not just if my leg is stuck but also as a pinning position, and this has now given me subs I can do from there too. there's also helpful details on subs that should help from other positions too, like the cross collar choke. I'd give this more stars if I could.

Great concepts from a great grappler
Aidan is an unbelievable athlete and instructor. This instructional is a great idea and when you feel iAdans pressure from the 1/4 top position you would think he was a super heavyweight. Everyone can benefit from this instructional.

A Dynamic System from Top Quarter
This video has totally changed my perception of the value of top quarter guard. Aidan Sericolo presents an accessible and logical system for utilizing this position as a dynamic reset to maintain dominant position. His instruction is clear and details on point. I am excited to stop treating top quarter as an inconvenience and begin using it as and opportunity to reset, control, and attack.

This instructional was so helpful. I’m a smaller grappler who has a lot of trouble keeping a strong home base. The way Aidan breaks down the body into zones and the moves made a lot of sense. I have been applying it in class and it has really helped my game. This instructional was explained so well. He makes you understand why this position is important and it has helped me appreciate it more.
